Hutke means ‘different’ in colloquial Hindi. Meant for the wild in spirit, Hutke is the go-to destination for people who want their homes to stand out from the rest.
It is also a dream weaved with textile, threads and colours that our founder, Sohini imagined as a teenager. It is a platform for women artisans to showcase their ability and talent and make a living out of it.

Meet the Founder
– Sohini Mukherjee
After bidding farewell to her job as a banker, Sohini knew her destiny belonged in the textile market. Her passion for creating art with fabric and thread paved the way for the creation of Hutke. Building our team brick by brick and working closely with the artisans to make sure every product is created in an authentic way is her goal. “We grow together” is what she says as she strives to work for Hutke and provide a livelihood to more artisans while serving our dear customers.
